 Terms and Conditions:

• Our Professional Fees amount to 8.33% of the selected candidate’s First Year’s Gross Annual Emoluments, which is equal to ONE Month’s Gross Salary in average, calculated on ‘Total Cost-to-Company’ per annum, as may be negotiated with the selected candidate(s).
• The invoice will be generated after 30 days from the candidate DOJ, Payment should be cleared within 3 days from the date of invoice generated.
• If the business rejects a resource sourced by BSRI and wants to bring the same resource on-board within 6 months afterwards, it will be considered a BSRI candidate and Client pays the full fee applicable for the resource. 
• BSRI professional fee is guaranteed for the above-mentioned replacement period if the candidate voluntarily resigns within that period. BSRI provides 100% free replacement
• Resumes received from BSRI Solutions by your organization will be treated as active for a period of One year, during which time, should the candidate be taken on the rolls of your company, the onus of informing the same to BSRI Solutions with you and the same shall be billed for payment.
• You would appreciate that the resume of the candidates is forwarded in strict confidence, and it is understood the identity/particulars of these candidates will not be revealed through your organization to anybody within or outside your organization.
• As a token of your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as stated above you are requested to mail us a Scanned copy of this document duly signed with seal by a competent officer of your Company.
