Key Responsibilities
€¢ Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.
€¢ Enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, and design principles.
€¢ Lead Agile POD teams across product, engineering, and QA.
€¢ Ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables with high quality.
€¢ Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable systems.
€¢ Convert architecture designs into development plans.
€¢ Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
€¢ Encourage collaboration and innovation within the team.
€¢ Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
€¢ Resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth delivery.
€¢ Identify development bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
€¢ Implement automation to improve productivity and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s or Master€™s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
€¢ 6+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
€¢ Strong experience working in Agile development environments.
Technical Skills
€¢ Programming: Java, Python, Angular, C++
€¢ Databases: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL
€¢ Cloud Platforms: AWS
€¢ Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
€¢ Experience deploying AI models in production
€¢ Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
Preferred Skills
€¢ Experience in AdTech / OOH advertising / E-commerce platforms
€¢ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
€¢ Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
