HR Recruiter And Admin

Conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks, and on-boarding
Maintain accurate data & documentation within the applicant tracking system
Create job postings; post for open positions internally and externally
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates
Cultivate relationships through social media, networking
Coordinate with vendors for both Contract & Permanent staffing
Coordinate with external vendors, like insurance, sodexo, ID Card etc to ensure new hires onboarding is smooth
Rebrand & effectively utilize the OneMagnify Referral Bonus Program
Participate in all Employee Engagement activities
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or its equivalent
3 - 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
Should have experience handling HR admin activities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exercise confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases

Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
