manufacturing.
�� Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
techniques to optimize production processes.
�� Basic Knowledge in production software (e.g., ERP systems).
�� Ability to adapt to changing production demands and unexpected issues effectively.
�� Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed to meet production deadlines
or address urgent issues.
�� Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards for manufacturing (e.g.,
OSHA, ANSI).
